I got lost on the highway and I was led to this beauty, I guess the universe knew I love a good sunset.  Google map is my best friend when I am out and about by myself, but unfortunately, my phone battery died. I managed to figure it out how to get back home, but I almost ended up in Venice or Verona. Never leaving my charger at home again.

This is Sulzano! The city I recognized on one of the road signs, so thank God I am somewhat familiar with this town. The view from Sulzano is beautiful time and time again, no matter the season. Over the summer there was an art installation on the lake by world renowned artists, Christo and Jeanne-Claude. If you look closely you can see a yellow path on the lake. Well, that was basically art. Yellow fabric covered a floatation structure and visitors walked from the small town of Sulzano to the island within the lake called Monte Isola, which is usually only accessible via ferry or small boat. Also, San Paolo island which is a privately owned islet. You can read more about the art installation HERE.

Looking at the picture below makes me miss summer. Since moving from Jamaica, January and February are usually the hardest months for me. Is it too early to start my summer countdown?
